Learn to put your customers and end users at the heart of the design of your products and services and problem solving. Learn to think outside of the box!
This workshop is designed to introduce you to Design Thinking and to provide you with the tools to apply your newly acquired practical knowledge in your business.
In this workshop we’ll cover:
Understand the unique mind set and structured processes to innovate on demand using Design Thinking.
Create a strategic footing for your business using the uPAT framework and link innovation to the foundation of your business strategy
Gain intimate knowledge of your customers and users of your products and services
Learn hands on techniques to find out their real unmet needs of your customers
Define the right problem to solve using innovative tools
Ideate possible solutions using the Double Diamond framework and various creative tools to generate many solutions
Learn how to identify emerging solution using the 3 lenses of Design Thinking
How to create simple product prototypes or service models prototypes of emerging solutions in 30 minutes and test their suitability.
This workshop is hands-on and fast paced and in order to get the most out of the day, you will need to bring a real-life business problem to work on.
