Start with an immersive three-day workshop that builds strong bonds and cohort of fellow business owners. Followed by eight full-day workshops, three 1.5 hour facilitated group mentoring sessions and 10 hours of one-on-one mentoring.

You will complete a DISC profile analysis to gain insights you can use to better understand why you communicate the way you do and how you can communicate with others in the workplace more effectively.

Identify how to align strategic goals with the organisational goals of the business. Create a change management plan for the business. Unlock the power of successfully bringing people with you on the strategic journey. Learn how to remove any potential obstacles to change and motivate and inspire your people to the business vision. Learn how to be an inspirational business leader who navigates people through the difficult journey of change.


DAY THREE

Finance Basics, Improving Business Finance

Back pain is one of the most common work-related injuries and is often caused by ordinary work activities such as sitting in an office chair, sitting in a car for prolong periods or manual handing. Hunching the shoulders and slumping in your seat can cause back pain, headaches, tension and tightness in your back, neck and shoulders. 

Studies show that regular stretching can help reduce neck and shoulder pain and regular breaks to stand and stretch increases productivity at the office. Join human movement specialist Brad as he takes you through a series of stretching techniques that will show you how important it is to add movement into your day. Learn how to use breathing techniques to approach those stressful meetings and to add a ‘take 5’ in your day.

The end of the program! What have you learnt as an individual? What have you learnt and applied to yourself as a manager and leader in the business? What are your goals for the next 12 months? Reflect on the course contents and how you will move forward personally and in your leadership goals.
